Overview

Adelaide City Council’s Social Ventures Incubators Program campaign, delivered by Business Models Inc. and supported by industry experts, provides practical skills to help local innovators develop and launch their social venture.

The program is a deep learning and development opportunity for early-stage social ventures, to develop their business models and impact to sustainably improve community life.

Working with up to 8 social ventures (individuals or teams of 2-3) to support the active development of their ventures through workshops, mentoring, peer-learning and digital platforms, the program is set up to give participants the knowledge and practical skills to develop, test and launch their social venture.

Outcome

We worked with the City of Adelaide to create extensive and detailed brand guidelines to help bring their campaign into line and to distil the campaign ideas and goals into a design that would demand a response from the project’s key audience, that would carry the Council’s intentions and aspirations across the government/community cross-overs.
